In doing so, the Corporate Banking segment’s extended service can include financing, cash management, and other digital banking services tailored for companies/businesses which usually involve high-value transactions. Based on the segment’s distinct characteristics, such services are given through dedicated Relationship Managers in supporting and quick handling customers’ requests for banking services.
Customer Relationship Management
At Hibret Bank we work on delivering excellent customer service. We identify high-value customers so that HB can serve them better with differentiated service. We develop ways of simplifying processes so that Customers can have better relationships with HB.
Relationship Managers take ownership of client relationships with the Bank. They prioritize relationships effectively and have an appropriate relationship management plan for each customer.
The RM’s take a consultative approach to understand our client’s objectives, effectively identifies their financial needs, implement appropriate financial solutions, and undertake ongoing review and assessment to ensure plan execution.
They are expected to effectively collaborate with the client service team, product team, and senior management to ensure an excellent client experience.
