Hibert Bank S.C would like to invite interested bidders the purchase of SLA service for the under   listed ATMs.

Therefore, interested bidders shall submit their proposals as per the following conditions.

1. The bid document shall be obtained commencing May 4, 2024 from Procurement Division, which is located at Lideta Sub- City in front of Addis Ababa university school of Commerce, Hiber Tower 19^th floor against payment of a non-refundable fee for each lot Birr 500.00 (five hundred Birr) in Account Number IN0403007 in any branch of Hibret Bank during office hour nearest and convenient to you.
2. Interested bidders are advised to review the bid document carefully before preparing & submitting their bids.
3. Bids must be submitted on June 5, 2024 until 2:00 P.M. Hibret Bank Head Office located at Hibret Tower 19^th floor
4. Each bid must be presented in a sealed envelope and strictly in accordance with the instruction to bidders indicated in the bid document.
5. The bid will be opened at Hibret Bank Head Office located at Hibret Tower 4^th floor at presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in the bid opening on June 5, 2024 until 2:30 P.M
6. Failure to observe the instructions & conditions provided in the bid document will constitute grounds for rejection of the bidder from competition.
7. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid partly or totally.
8. Bidders have to furnish the guarantee from other bank (Out of Hibret Bank).
